Christmas FAQ's
Christmas sessions go on sale on Friday 9th October to everyone on our mailing list. I thought it might be helpful to answer some common questions that arise before the release.
1: How many sessions are you running?
There will be 33 individual classes running
2: Are they PAYG/Single sessions?
Yes. Christmas specials are always single sessions. You can book as few or as many as you like.
3: How many weeks are your running?
Three weeks in total, the first three weeks of December.
4: Are all the weeks the same?
No. Each week is completely different. Week one, week two and week three all have different songs, different puppets, different music. You can book all three and get a completely different class each time.
5: How do tickets work?
Tickets are sold as 'One Child' Spaces and 'Add a sibling' Spaces. If you are bringing one child you need to just book a 'One Child' ticket. If you are bringing siblings you need to add a 'One Child' ticket to your basket and then a 'Add a sibling' ticket to your basket. 'Add a sibling' tickets are 1/3 of the price.
6: What if the 'Add a sibling' spaces are sold out?
We have a maxiumum number of children we can accomodate due to room size, seating and resources. If the 'Add a sibling' ticket is fully booked for the class you want, then buy an 'One Child' ticket for your sibling, and contact me. I can then refund the difference. I can't add unlimited sibling spaces to the website as we run the risk of going majorly overbooked, and people book SO fast I can't keep up with it manually. So please do the above.
7: The 'One child' tickets are sold out - but sibling spaces available. Shall I buy a 'add a sibling' ticket?
No. If 'One child' spaces are fully booked it means we are at maximum capacity. It means I haven't been able to take off the 'Add a sibling' tickets fast enough (as you book so fast!) If you book a 'add a sibling' ticket without a 'One Child' we will have to cancel the booking and a place can't be allocated I'm afraid. Often people see the sibling spaces and mistake these for a full child ticket. This is not the case I'm afraid.
8: Can I bring extra family members?
Each booking allows for 1 adult to attend (including if you are bringing two children) You can add on an extra adult at checkout. Again, we cannot allocate unlimited exta adult spaces otherwise it will become dangerously busy and overwhelming for all. So we do limit it. We have more room on the Tues, Weds and Thursday venues. Our spaces on Monday and Friday are smaller.
9: What happens if I bring an extra adult without booking them in?
Unfortunalty we won't be able to admit extra adults that have not booked.
10: Can I bring food?
Snacks and drinks are allowed in session but any food or drink MUST be eaten on the mats only. Please don't move around the room with food. And no nuts or dairy please.
11: If I book a Christmas class do I get priority for the January term?
No. Our January term goes on sale Early November and priority booking goes to those booked onto our Oct/Nov term. Then our mailing list gets access as normal.
12: What if I make a mistake and book the wrong class?
The best thing to do is quickly re book the class you want, and then email me afterwards to refund the mistake booking. I cannot move you manually.
13: I can no longer make my class, what can I do?
You are most welcome to re sell your space or offer it to a friend.
14: I have a sibling who is under 6 months do i need to book them in or pay for them?
No. Siblings under 6 months go free and don't also require booking on.
